Day1 (7/7/21) Methodically tracked power issue to complex wiring situation. Kept us informed as he completed his diagnostic. Scheduled resumption of diagnostic on 7/9.Day 2 (7/9/21) As promised, Zane returned on Friday, along with reinforcements. The team was able to determine the cause and location of the problem and promptly rectified it and resolved some minor related outlet issues...all for the originally quoted "diagnostic price".
