Rusty Wise is the owner of Mister Sparky by Wise Electric Control Inc. As a multifaceted entrepreneur and community leader, he is a highly respected residential electrical service provider who serves Charlotte, North Carolina and the surrounding areas. Rusty has worked as a master licensed electrician since 1988, and he brings over three decades of industry expertise to every part of his business, always emphasizing quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

Rusty has an A.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and has served as a college electrical instructor, sharing his technical knowledge with the next generation of electricians. In addition to his electrical career, he is a licensed real estate broker and has had several successful ventures in the property market and beyond.

A natural communicator and storyteller, Rusty is also an accomplished author, writer, public speaker, and media producer. He has appeared as a guest on television and radio and produces content for his own news network. He enjoys engaging with audiences on topics related to business, leadership, and life.

Prior to his business success, Rusty competed as a NASCAR and ARCA driver and team owner, bringing the same discipline and competitive spirit from the track into his entrepreneurial pursuits. Today, Rusty serves in several leadership roles in community organizations. He is a chairman of the Eagle Scout Advisory Board and served as the president for the local Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife, Anne, are proud parents of two, and his work continues to impact both his industry and community.
