Day1 (7/7/21) Methodically tracked power issue to complex wiring situation. Kept us informed as he completed his diagnostic. Scheduled resumption of diagnostic on 7/9.Day 2 (7/9/21) As promised, Zane returned on Friday, along with reinforcements. The team was able to determine the cause and location of the problem and promptly rectified it and resolved some minor related outlet issues...all for the originally quoted "diagnostic price". As I noted, this was complicated and the team applied all their skills and experience to make us whole. I will gladly do business in the future with Mister Sparky by Wise Electric Control, Inc. My breaker, which controls all the outlets and light switches in my owner suite tripped, at 7:10 PM. After a 9-hour drive and getting home to this, needless to say, it was frustrating. I called two competitive company, only to be told, "we do not service your area". Then suddenly I remembered a commercial jingle, "no larky, call Mister Sparky", are something like that. I called Mister Sparky, and they were at my home a few hours later (10:00 PM), Of course I had to pay a premium price for an emergency call. But any how, I could not have gotten a better electrician, Kevin James. Before Kevin entered my home, he made sure he wore shoe coverings (each and every time), without being asked. This young man knows his stuff. He found the problem almost immediately. One of my electrical outlets in the bedroom was preventing power to flow throughout the suite, which in turn tripped the breaker. Kevin did a complete electrical inspection, and I was given several options to repair my problem. I elected to repair the current problem, and Kevin made the repair and made sure his work area was left cleaner than what he found it. Kevin was a true professional, he answered all of my questions and was very trustworthy. I couldn't have asked for a better electrician. I would love to have him back if I ever proceed with any upgrades! Thank you, Kevin and Mister Sparky.
