First got an analysis and estimate by Mr Sparky to install electrical components for my new generator. Mister Sparky (Christian) did an awesome job with my electrical panel home grounding and Grounding my pool.I was amazed at the quality of service, professionalism and pricing for all the work completed.I had another well known company come in before Mister Sparky to inspect my pool and electrical panel which included pricing for repairs. This other well known company could not find the issue with either and said everything looked great. Charged me a service fee and left. I had Mister sparky come out becasue I wanted a second opinion and I am very happy I did. Mister Sparky is known for their great reputation, but seeing it in action is even better than hearing about it. Christian and Christian both serviced my home today and they were on time and professional as always. I have been having issues with power surges in my home and finally decided to call after my oven messed up. After entering my home, Christian noticed I had flickering lights. I thought they were just lights going bad, but he saw a much larger issue. After opening my panel, he was able to spot the cause of the flickering, it was loose wires causing arcing and heat to develop. Not only did Christian install a new surge protector for my home, he also saved me from a potential electrical fire. I immediately signed up for the annual inspection. Along with the reduced cost of services, I will now have my whole home safety checked annually as well. I am 100% happy with my purchase and will use Mister Sparky and Christian for any future services needed.Edit: I’ve had Mister Sparky for nearly 3 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience with them. I’ve had a home surge protector installed, bathroom vent fan installed, outside electrical grounding work completed, and multiple whole home inspections done. They are always courteous, always make sure to not damage your floors or any parts of your home, and they even give you a detailed look into your homes electrical system so that you are aware of the good and the possible bad things about it.
