I had a smoke detector issue that had completely stumped me. The battery was stuck, the compartment door wouldn't cooperate, and after trying everything I could think of without actually breaking the hard-wired unit, I finally called Mister Sparky.Brandon and his apprentice, Andrew, arrived and were outstanding. Brandon had the problem solved almost immediately. What I couldn't figure out after a very frustrating night trying to open the stuck battery compartment, he handled in just a few seconds. When I asked him how he made it look so easy, he smiled and said it was because he had "big, strong man hands." That gave me a much-needed laugh!Both Brandon and Andrew were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Brandon explained what he was doing, and inspired confidence from the moment he and Andrew arrived.
