1/2 the lights in my home were not working. I called another company to come figure out the issue. The tech did nothing but said I had a surge and gave me about a 6k quote to fix the issue. Christian from Mr sparky came out ran many test and determined it was a poorly connected white wire in my main panel. He corrected it easily and I was charged about 500.00 problem solved. The other company would have changed a lot of lights and never fixed the original problem. Christian with Mr sparky and the help of his team narrowed and corrected what was a very basic fix. It would have been less money but it took him some time to diagnose the issue and I understand time is money. I’m very pleased.

Good experience. Christian was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Worked two hours to replace circuit wire and connections. Found the breaker was mislabeled. He corrected it and discovered the issue was still with my heat pump. He reviewed with me what to tell the HVAC tech when he came back out.
